On approval, each guest gets a confirmation email from CieloVision CRO Jud Stone. ~1 week out, a branded info email follows (ticket pickup, detailed schedule, raceway map, instructions). A CieloVision guide is assigned per guest and reaches out to confirm attendance and any special activities.
Three hosts, staggered arrivals. Primary airport is MKE (Milwaukee, ~1h21m to Elkhart Lake); ATW (Appleton, ~1h) is a secondary to check.
